Jean-Philippe Desanlis
As a Lawyer at the bar in Paris, Jean-Philippe Desanlis has concentrated his activity on all the aspects of employment law : prevention of social risks and reorganisation, collective and individual work relations, negotiated departures, company audits, negotiation with unions, social security, hygiene and safety, criminal law and litigation for managers and businesses.
Jean-Philippe Desanlis was born in 1962 and has a Masters in employment law and professional relations from the University of Paris X, under the guidance of Professor Lyon-Caen.
He previously worked as a company lawyer for the UIMM (Union for the metallurgical industry) and the UIC (Union for chemical industry); he joined the Gide Loyrette Nouel law firm in 1994.
Jean-Philippe DESANLIS set up his own firm on the rue de l’Université January 1st 1998 and joined 140VH on February 1st 2006.
His main clients are in the CAC 40 (top 40 French companies), service and trade businesses, finance and the stock market, investment, telecommunications, chemical and pharmaceutical, transport, public authorities, law firms and managing executives.
The law firm works with an active network of foreign correspondents, enabling it to handle cases with an international scope.
